This four bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the property and is ideal for larger groups or families. There are three king bedrooms and one queen, each with their own bathroom, either en suite or immediately next to the rooms. Every room is outfitted with ample shelving to accommodate each guest. There are three shared living spaces, one of which is open to the apartment's fully outfitted kitchen and dining. The private terrace overlooks AlJadidah, and includes a large open plan sitting and dining area. The apartment is designed to make the most of the natural light, while offering privacy by way of the traditional wooden shutters. Each room can have single or double occupancy, with an optional crib if required.

You will have access to a shared beautiful rooftop overlooking the Oasis on one side and AlJadidah on the other. The rooftop is fitted with a cozy seating area, it's own bathroom, and an outdoor kitchenette.
